Making the Changes to Welfare Reform

We boast a long term working relationship with Leicestershire-based housing association, asra.

In early 2015, asra called on the agency to design and create a suite of marketing resources that would effectively communicate changes to welfare reform to both internal staff and external customers – with a particular focus on Universal Credit.

We worked closely with the asra team on this project to fully understand the impact Universal Credit will have for housing associations and their customers. As a result, the agency has developed bright and engaging postcards, banners, newsletters and posters to ensure all stakeholders are delivered consistent and accurate information which will alleviate concern, increase customer service and ensure asra’s Tenancy Sustainment Team is the first port of call should there be a problem.
